Shipping policy

Processing Time:  
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after being placed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing time may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time:  
Once processed, orders take between a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 24 calendar days to arrive, depending on the destination country and warehouse location.  
The estimated delivery time will be sent to you via email after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Cost:  
Shipping costs are not fixed and vary depending on the destination country. The exact cost will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Information:  
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delays:  
In some cases, delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or postal service issues. These are outside of our control, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
